[Postcard] 1896 Apr. 9, Sefton Park Church, Liverpool [to] S. E. Bridgman.

This unsigned postcard from John Watson is addresssed to S. E. Bridgman, Esq., in care of others in London and in Paris. Watson acknowledges receipt of Bridgman's invitation, possibly to speak at Mount Holyoke Seminary; Bridgman was a trustee there. Watson declines the invitation, stating that "with the exception of Yale ... it is not likely I shall preach at all ..."
